Born and raised in the Washington, D.C. metro area, Erick Leiva brings a unique blend of strategic business expertise and genuine client care to every transaction. After earning a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Florida International University, Erick built a strong foundation serving buyers, sellers, and investors along the Florida Gulf Coast — and now proudly extends his services throughout North Alabama, including Huntsville, Madison, Athens, Cullman, and the highly sought-after Lewis Smith Lake waterfront communities.
Bilingual in Spanish and English, Erick is passionate about creating seamless experiences for a diverse range of clients, whether they are first-time homebuyers, military families relocating to Pensacola, or investors expanding into North Alabama and Smith Lake properties.
